The primary use of the Dutch oven is to slowly braise or simmer. These miniature versions are most commonly used for side dishes and individual servings of stew meats and au gratin potatoes. These ovens are easy to clean, durable and compatible with standard stovetops, induction ranges, and conventional ovens.

Each oven comes with a matching lid to keep in heat and moisture. The black pre-seasoned line has not been enameled and should be dried after usage. The pre-seasoning treatment results in a soft, grainy matte finish. The white pieces have been enameled twice and have a mirror finish. In addition to a primer coat, they are enameled with a white glossy finish. This adds durability and ensures that the oven retains its color. All lid knobs are heat resistant up to 800 degrees F. Note that all dimensions are interior and do not include handles or thickness of material. The lid is included. Paderno World Cuisine cookware will last a lifetime if cared for properly.
