Deba Japanese Sushi Knife, 6 1/2in

The “Deba” is a thick, heavy knife used for filleting fish and butchering boneless meat, but is also excellent for preparing sushi and vegetables. The razor-sharp, single-bevel blade cuts cleanly and smoothly through even the smallest of fish, while the slip-resistant wooden handle provides a comfortable grip during use. While this knife will cut through fish bones, cutting through meat and poultry bones with this knife isn’t recommended as the edge may chip. It
is best to wash by hand and thoroughly dry these knives after use.
